DROLKAR: STEADFAST GUARDIAN OF THE MOTHERLAND “I feel honored and responsible to have been elected as a delegate,” Drolkar, villager of Yumai Village, Yumai Township, Lhongzi County, Lhoka City, the Tibet Autonomous Region, and delegate to the 20th National Congress of the CPC, said excitedly. Yumai Township is a border township in Lhongzi County. For a long time since the 1960s, along the extensive borders, there were only three people living here: Sangye Qoiba and his daughters Drolkar and Yangdzom, along with their cattle.
