Lhongzi County certified as world's largest black highland barley planting base



Lhongzi county in Tibet Autonomous Region was certified as the world's largest black highland barley planting base after an on-site review by World Records Certification (WRCA) officials On May 10.

This will greatly enhance the brand effect of black highland barley, further broaden the channels for people to increase income and get rich, and vigorously promote rural revitalization.

It is understood that Lhongzi County is a major agricultural and animal husbandry county in Tibet, and is one of the 35 major grain-producing counties in Tibet. The total area of black highland barley cultivation in Lhongzi County is 34.4 square kilometers.
