In the vast expanse of the snowy plateau, towering iron towers shooting up from ground, together with silvery lines high in the sky, weave a strong and reliable network for people’s livelihood, happiness and bright future on the roof of the world. 

Since 2011, more than 100,000 builders of the national grid have defied the heavy wind and snow, fought against hypoxia and coldness, challenged the limits of life and overcome numerous difficulties on the high plateau, and completed the construction of four electric sky roads: the Qinghai-Tibet Network, the Sichuan-Tibet Network, the Central Tibet Network and the Nagri Network, building a milestone in Tibet's energy and electric power industry.
